In my business we have a lot of obligations but we don’t have enough time. That’s the main reason that I started looking for a company that can send automated messages to my associates. CS Networks are the best guys for this job they help us to be fast and organized, ah and also to don’t miss our schedule. We have been using CS for a year and a half. SMS is turbulent market, and things are changing constantly, so it requires you to be constantly in touch with account manager to keep things running smoothly. And they do that great for the price. There are turn-key variants that will allow you to connect and forget, but the prices are higher. Personally, i like their approach of being proactive, especially the support team. The fact they are available all the time is important. I have them on skype and it is a matter of minutes when we need help. There is a room for improvements to provide more user friendly interfaces. But i'll give 5 stars for CS because of support in first place. Advice to management: Promote Nikola :)

Never got so bad customer service when we "tried" to test their service....+ System doesnt work, it shows fake delivery reports more than 50%. System doesnt accept VAT number, History reports are missing. list is endless.... And baddest thing was this: our clients got all test messages 20 sms:s per recipient during the night time 5 o clock !

I found CS Networks after couple of weeks trying to setup automated SMS campaign from my website. They created a test account for me, provided help by solving programming problems on my website and setup everything running in 30 minutes. Brilliant support response time, great option of test account free of charge. Highly skilled and professional. I would recommend CS Networks to anyone.

Well, we are using them for year and a half, You may be right that history reports can be extended to include more then just one week, but system is working pretty much stable comparing to others and reports are not fake for sure. It's true, however, that we needed to tweak the service with account manager we have been provided with, with slightly increased price per sms for some operators, but in overall i would give it 4 stars. By the way support is briliant and always available, you should have to contact them with your VAT issue. My problem was omitting the country code in front of the VAT number.
There is a lot of room for improvements, but overall 4/5.
