Really cute chalet to stay in. I recommend them to post the chalet on ECrent.com, the largest global rental platform. They can offer short-term renting to those tourists. Register now with the account "France", you can get three uploading items for free.

The other reviews on this site, reflect the previous owners of this wonderful chalet. Darren and Luanne have been in situ since Dec 2011 and they made us feel so welcome. This was our first time skiing and they made everything so easy. Darren, as chef is superb, with wonderful food and when Luanne, Darren and Luke join you for dinner, the evening is complete. A charming chalet and great, great company............we will be back.

Fab. Disorganised - never. Thankyou to all the staff involved in our stay and especially for making us so welcome and comfortable. Great food - love the apres-ski 'buffet'!

Allez Alps - a great choice if you like having a disorganised holiday and then being insulted by your hosts.
14 of us stayed in Chalet Morzine of Allez Alps chalets in February this year. The chalet was great, the service from the 2 staff employed by the company was excellent. However at various times throughout the holiday we were let down by the poor organisation by the company. On the final day a complete lack of communication led to us leaving later for the airport than we'd expected. We voiced our disappointment about this on the day but found our views were totally disregarded. On returning home we received an email from the company owner blaming the day's events on anyone/anything other than the real culprit - his own communication skills (or lack of them). In response we explained why we felt let down by the poor organisation and disappointed by his attitude. A week later we received an email which not only reinforced his blame laying but actually insulted us - saying in future we might be better suited to a more formal hotel style holiday than a chalet which is geared towards people who are flexible and friendly - great way to promote your business - not!
There are loads of great chalets in the Morzine area - we recommend you find one other than Allez Alps unless you want to:
- waste time on your 1st day by going to the slopes before you've been to hire skis etc
- have to ski a blue run to your 1st day ever in ski school instead of being dropped off next to the school as the longer journey doesn't fit in with what your hosts want to do
- don't mind getting to the airport later than the check in time stipulated by the airline
- are happy to be insulted by someone who you've paid nearly £5000 to for a week's holiday

The Chalet Morzine has a really friendly atmosphere with a cosy homely feel and helpful chalet hosts (sleeps up to 17)
I would definitely go there again and I loved every minute of my stay.
I skiied on powder all week and I can't wait to go back. They have late deals at the moment, I'm looking to go again this month if I can book the time off!

Response:
We are very concerned this group did not enjoy their stay. We go to great lengths to provide a personal service to all clients to ensure they receive an enjoyable holiday. We are pleased to note that we are commended on most aspects of the holiday.
The fact is the holiday was fine until the last day, a very busy changeover day.
This group had booked evening departure flights and asked to be taxied into Morzine for the day, which we happily did. It is clear that there was a communication breakdown between the client, the chalet staff and the company transport organisation regarding the clients request for us to supply a complimentary taxi service at a specific time and an earlier than normal airport transfer. We must accept responsibility for this and have learnt form it. The clients expectations where clearly different to what we believed was required when planning and hiring transport. Suitable vehicles where not available at the times demanded and whilst we did provide the taxi service a little later than required we were unable to re-schedule ours and hired in transport. Their airport transfer departed at the "standard" time and they arrived at the airport well within the check-in period.
Whilst the customer is clearly not happy we do feel that we did all we could to recover the situation.
We are sorry this holiday finished on a sour note, it was unfortunately a very rainy day for the group to spend all day in town and I believe this didn't help the mood.
