    Fortis Insurance - the most incompetent insurance company I've ever been insured with in 30 years!
    Had accident in January 2009, Fortis stil haven't paid, I go hit in the rear accident not even my fault!

    I claimed on my travel insurance - Fortis Travel Insurance paid out in four days, where as my holiday company took four weeks.

    I was promised a refund of premium by Fortis car insurance on changing my car to one in a lower group rating. It had not arrived after two months.
