I am sorry to hear of your experience. However, we have over a million customers and send millions of dollars across the globe daily to our customers' friends and families. For them, Xoom is not a waste of time and the sheer volume of customers we serve daily validates our existence. There are very specific activities which we do not support, chiefly commercial transactions.
