This is what I send to customer support:
I can't believe how unreliable is your system. I first had an issue registering a credit card as a debit card. I asked to update the information because that is not really a big deal and the answer was "we cannot do anything" (hopeless, poor system). You guys told me to use a new method of payment. Ok... I'm using this new method of payment and the system is not taking it, displays: "You seem to be having trouble. For your security, please contact customer support." I did check all the information and all is correct!! What's the problem with your system??. Please correct it before have more unsatisfied and disappointed customers. Thank you.
Now I'm cancelling the account, but they said "for customer purposes" they will keep my cards information.
I don't recommend this website.

We are very sorry that your card is not being accepted by our system. This rarely occurs but when it does it simply means that your card is not being accepted by our payment processor. You can add a new payment method as long as it is not already associated with another Xoom account.
