Found WorldFirst through the usual search engine, looking to check the service from my usual currency exchange supplier. Their service is not at all usual though in my reckoning - it verges on the excellent. The 'hygiene factor' of a competitive rate was easily dealt with, while the online service, with telephone and email follow up, exceeded expectations. The site functionality was the real clincher for me, but the all round support is a vital brand asset too.

They have raised my expectations of service in this area. Of course, I say 'verges on the excellent' - I will judge them by continued application to competitive rates and consistent improvement in the online experience.

Transparency and speed in dealing with the commodity of money is what it is all about and Worldfirst are out front for me at present.
