Transfer

Yesterday a friend from London transfered £400 for me (I'm in Belo Horizonte - Brazil). Western Union told us that the money would arrived very quick with no problem (so I was believing that it would happen and I made plans -including plans for payments- for the day based on this fact.)
Ok, the money arrived quick, but I don't know why (as my friend filled all the informations correctly) the name of the person who would take the money here came inverse. With that they didn't let us take the money, and even worse, they printed a receipt (that we havent sign of course as we didn't receive the money) saying that they gave us the money.
My friend called them this morning to see what happened and till now we have no answer. This is a big irresponsibility, and they would have to at least solve this in a very quick way. I have payments to do and I'm needing this money asap.
In conclusion I trusted that it would be a quick way, and then I trusted they would solve quick, but till now I don't even have a position from the company.
