My family members are living abroad so i send money every month through western union first they have got indian call center who dont know what to do how to solve the problems n very very rude if you give them money transfer number they will pass you in different department then they ask you the same questions then put you on hold for half an hour then come back with sir/madam we will call u in five mins and they will never call you back but they will take money from ur account they refund even forget refund bad service please don't use this company
