Twice I sent $ 100.00 dollars to a lady in Argentina that won a poetry contest using Western Union and Twice the transaction was rejected, but a pop up came up telling me that I was able to resolve the issue by using the “bill pay” feature from my bank, meaning that I can authorize my bank to send them the money electronically and so I did twice and twice I got an email from Western Union telling me that my money had been refunded to my bank account and that it will take seven business days for my money to show up in my account.
What I don’t understand is, if they can send money in minutes, why they cannot refund my money in minutes.
It has been seven working days and my money is not back in to my account!!..
These people made a complete fool out of myself.
