after spending three hours both on line and on the phone we still are unable to send money to a relative in need. we have NEVER had a credit card declined and yet were told that it was a problem with our card information. when we thought we finally had gotten the money thru we got a phone call from WU...the call dropped and I immediately called back but was told that because i didn't answer they had cancelled the transaction! Although all the people were very polite no one was able to help in any way...they just said i could go to the nearest WU office - which is over 3 hours away...good grief in the amount of time i spent trying to send the money i could've driven to that office. OR a third of the way to my relative ... who is still in need pf help.
