Please avoid them if you could !! The customer service line is not helpful at all and very rude.They just hang on you and does not even understand their own system to advise people.
Please stay away and don't waiste your time to call them.A very poor service and no wonder why the poor rating is consistent everywhere.
You've been warned !!

What a waste of time and money! I spent over two hours trying to send money online and over the phone, and then speaking with 3 customer service agents who politely read a script but were useless. They could not explain why my money transfer was declined. The only advice i got was "go to an Agent in person". Very disappointing experience.
