- so why do they bother offering the online transfer feature when it doesn't even work? First the system gets so bugged down it takes eternity to complete a transaction only to receive a notes saying we will send you an e-mail at end of business day (pretty much - 5pm) and you get the e-mailing telling you that your transaction have been declined. You go to your online banking and you find that your account has been authorized for the whole amount and note the charges will sit there for a few days leaving you unable to access your own money. Western Union should get sued for this bullcrap practice. If I can give a negative star that is what I will give and sadly the the lowest is 1 star.
