Based on the rate they advertised on the website,($1=54.27INR) I though of signing up. I understood that the website rates were indicative rates only and the actual quotes would be a little lower. But after signing up, when I was about to do my first transfer. The actual rate that they offered was way lower than what was advertised. Tried this for the first time this week having previously used USBank to transfer cast to the UK from the US. You know the scariest part of transferring/wiring money is when it doesn't go through or someone didn't receive it! I think USForex does a good job of being a trusted site where you can exchange your money at pretty reasonable rates. I usually travel with cash from the US, but I didn't like exchanging at banks a lot of the time because of rates. At least with this site, you can find out better rates at the current market. I had a look at your account and would like to address your concerns. When looking at rates, please make sure that you are in fact comparing apples to apples. The rate you are referencing as the initial quote is an interbank rate. That is stated on the website. Your actual rate will include our margin, and will therefore be higher.
