I have been using UK Forex for a couple of years now, to exchange sterling for Australian dollars and transmit them to Australia. The amounts have varied up to a few thousand, but the rates have consistently been substantially better than the banks. Likewise, the cost of the transfer is only about 20 - 25% of the cost of a TT with a bank. Funds have always arrived promptly, in fact sooner than I expected in most cases. So it is a win-win.
I hope to use them for other currencies in the future and would certainly recommend them to other users.
