As a small business start up time is precious and things need to be made as efficient and hassle free as possible. These guys certainly do that for us. We regularly send funds to Spain and when I made an error this morning they fixed it for me quickly and with no fuss. I would never go back to using the bank for our foreign exchange - not only is the rate better but I have saved hours by not being kept on hold and by using either the very clear website or the very helpful, lovely people on the other end of the phone.
