Just returned to the UK after living in the USA - need to transfer over my wife's US pension every couple of months. Forex transfer works really well and the exchange rate is much better than we got from the banks - even with fairly small amounts. Like being able to check the exchange rate online for any amount at any time - dont need to call the bank, find my way through to the foreign exchange team and wait for a quote.
