I've been using UKForex for my foreign transfers (from UK to US) for years now and their service is second to none. The quote will easily beat even the best banks (like barclays) and will wipe the floor with the ridiculous prices you'll get from exchange bureaus. If there's ever any trouble (once from 40+ transfers), I found them to be ever so helpful - they gave me a couple of free transfers and paid some fees I had incurred. As an indication of how good they are, if I transfer money from my UK Barclays account on a Monday morning, it's cleared in my US account Tuesday morning (and it only takes that long because of the delay at Barclays end)!!
