Generally very positive. Straightforward to register, easy to set up a transfer and the forex rate is good. If you have to speak to a human, the staff are polite and very helpful.

One suggestion for improvement. I wanted to transfer money to a Bank in the US. It turned out that the Bank wouldn't accept money from Travelex. It wasn't anything personal - the Bank wouldn't accept any third party transfers. Since Travelex know this, it makes sense for this information to be given at the time of setting up the deal rather than waiting to be told when confirmation of the deal is requested. As a result of this problem, I was locked out of my account for a while and had to phone to request my account be reinstated.
