“TRANSFAST- PLS DO NOT US”

They are the worst service I ever used. They deducted money from my US account 5 days back for a request I did 10 days back. There is no communication, I tried mailing them but got no response. When I called they are saying it will still take 2-3 days to get your money back. Not sure if I can trust them.
