“Worst customer service, multiple verification processes”

I have recently curious to try trans-fast and they asked me for a government ID for verification and so i scanned and send to them. Response-they want another government ID. I send another one,my green card and resend my drivers license.Response-Not enough. They deposited two small amount in my bank and I verified it and so they are now able to subtract money from my bank accnt. however when i checked my bank in the Philippines, they still have not deposited my money. I called there 1-888 number and not a soul answer it and i finally get to communicate through chat only, so the 1-888 is a JOKE. Now they again told me that i need to send them again my drivers license coz they can't copy it or its not clear,,,I said again???, this is crazy,,i begin to worry about my money and so i asked them to just give me my money back and said my goodbyes and i will continue to patronize xoom.com which i never had a problem and LBC. Never will i send money in TRANS-FAST!
