Prompt, friendly & trustworthy

I have made many transactions to our German account over the last few years and have always been happy with the swift and painless transfers. I do feel, though, that sometimes, Torfx is not always the most competitive - and I shall keep an eye on that. Unfortunately, I incurred an unexpected charge of €12 at the last transfer - the bank blamed Torfx for this, as they had not used SEPA. My account manager, Tim Cornbill has agreed that this was the case, but will not happen in the future and will try to come to some agreement at the next transfer. If I had not pointed this out, though, nothing would have been done. I note that Caxtonfx and Currencies Direct had already been using SEPA. This was my only complaint and disappointment with Torfx.I shall continue to use them, as long as their rates are competitive. As an aggrieved victim of Crown Currencies, I was a little alarmed to learn of the connection with Torfx too!
