Just changed sterling to Euros and was quoted an exchange rate of 1.42. On getting home I did the calculation and found I had been given less than 1.2euros to the £. I then discovered I had been charged £3.95 for a buy back guarantee that I had not wanted nor had it been mentioned by the operator at the time. I will not be using Thompsons again.
