“Buy Back Guarantee!!”

I recently bought some currency from Thomson and when I got home I looked at my receipt and I had been charged £3.95 for a money back guarantee. This was something I did not need or want.

I went back to the shop and they did refund me and told me it is normal not to tell people that they are including Buy Back Guarantee within the price of currency.

I was very dissatisfied with this service from Thomson.
