Placed order for delivery by 1pm on 16th March.
Currency never arrived due to it being lost by Royal Mail.
I contacted Currency Club by e-mail and received no reply therefore I telephoned them. Lady who dealt with me couldn't have seemed less interested. She told me she would follow it up with Royal Mail and email me an update. I never received any email update nor did they ring me. I was left chasing Royal Mail myself and finally received my lost money 10 days later and on my return from the holiday that I ordered it for!
Appalling customer service & I will not be using again.
