Ordered currency they took my £1500 then cancelled stating i had requested it, i am now awaiting a refund go on holiday in a few days & cant order more until they process a refund, service is a joke avoid at all costs

Thank you for your feedback

We are very sorry that we had to cancel and refund your order. Given our suppliers were experiencing liquidity issues over the referendum period we had no other choice or option of sourcing currency elsewhere.

All refunds have been processed from our side however clearance varies depending on your card issuer. Please come back to us if the funds are still outstanding.
