Fantastic service again

This was my second time using TCC and needed my euros fairly quickly, ordered a few hours earlier than last time on a Friday was given the same delivery day of Tuesday, but, given my previous order on the same day, which turned up on the Saturday I didn't pay too much attention to the delivery day, anywho, Saturday came and went, no delivery, oh, oh, sent an email asking when delivery would occur and was told it WOULD actually be the Tuesday, oooops, given that I am due to leave in the wee small hours of Tuesday morning, this was a huge problem. Sent another email explaining my problem asking if it would be possible just to cancel my order and have a refund and I could just get my euros from sainsburys ( huge sweat on awaiting the reply ) Phewwww ! Reply came a few minutes later saying ' transaction cancelled and money refunded ' Yipee ! Thank you very, very, very much TCC, you've saved my bacon ! So, in short, great company to deal with, great communication if you have a problem, and, very, very, very fair and seem only too willing to help, a rare thing these days . So from me they get 5* 10/10 and an A+
