Ordered currency at a very good exchange rate yesterday morning at 9 am. Had two emails within a short space of each other confirming order and then the processing of said order. Received confirmation late afternoon of despatch from Sterling FX and then Royal Mail concerning delivery. Currency arrived this morning at 10.45am. I found Sterling FX on MoneySavingExpert(MSE). Their exchange rates were competitive (in the top 3 on MSE's Best Rates). The amount I was buying didn't qualify for free delivery but they have a free collection option at their Edgeware Road office. Handy for me as I don't have to wait in for the courier/postman. I used the online order service which dealt easily with my multi-currency order. Payment is by debit card but wasn't processed until the day after I'd collected my cash! Can't complain there. Money was ready for collection next day ahead of requested time. (ID and payment card required!) Orders and status were all promptly communicated by email. I collected in person and was served in friendly manner by a cashier who counted out my order in front of me. No anxiety about what's in the envelope there! I had requested small bills and they certainly complied here: most of my order came as 105 x 20RG bills, their counting machine proved invaluable. I was aware of the Currency Club before but put off by the need for membership. If this is a Sterling FX brand then fine; I have no objection to being automatically enrolled. Would definitely use them again assuming rates remain competitive.

Have used Sterling FX a few times now for all foreign currency requirements. Great rates, easy to use, deliver on the day you want the currency, speedy and reliable. Easy buyback at good rates and commission. Would recommend and won't hesitate to use again.

They offered a fantastic rate compared to other suppliers making them ideal for large exchanges. However, the dispatch time could of been slightly faster and when I ordered mixed note sizes I was shocked to find 95% of my notes were the largest denomination of the currency. This was the biggest downfall of the whole service otherwise an overall neutral experience.

I selected Sterling for the rate they offered on UAE Dirhams. I ordered late Wednesday night and the cash was delivered Friday morning. You need to have someone home to sign for the delivery. So it was a great service provided. Thank you. I will use again in the future.
