Never again!

Went to money gram (Canada post office) set it up $1550 to Malaysia included everything got a reference number etc. seemed ok about an hour later received a phone call asking me all kinds of questions about the person I am sending money too. How long I've know him? Our relationship? Why I was sending money? How long he lived there? His birthdate? He was my husbands friend so while I'm trying to answer the questions I am asking my husband the questions to give her the answers. He screams at my not to talk to other people while I'm on the phone with her, if I don't know the answers just say I don't know. She keeps screaming "ma'am ma'am" to me! I hear her!!! Finally she says she can't release the money to him! And that I need to take down a reference number to get my money back! At this time the store is closed I have to wait another day to go back. So I wait and go back they tell me that the money was already refunded(which it was not) the poor girl at the post office had to call them and wait online while other customers where waiting inline behind me to be served. Finally 30 mins later she figures it out and says she can't refund cash but only by cheque! Banks are closed I can't cash the cheque and have to wait another day to go to bank to cash this cheque to resend it western union next day. Btw western union had no issues! Took me three days to not send the money and turn around and use western union which took 10mins! Never again money gram!!!
