Ive used moneygram for 3 or 4 yrs now, this is the first time it happened. They gave me used reference no. The fixed it but when my sister got the money, of 4,300 pesos that I sent,, they took 800 pesos out of it. So bad. I sent it to the philippines. Moneygram, you need to fix your seevice cos I just found xoom and yhwy are cheaper, and their r exchange rate is higher.
