I used Ice for the first time this week to order currency for a trip to Australia. After doing quite a bit of research into exchange rates, they offered one of the best rates available and delivery to N Ireland which was wonderful. (Some other suppliers only deliver to mainland UK). I first went to order online but realised I had just missed the 2.30pm cut off for next day delivery. So I rang to double check the cut off and they said they could take my order quickly over the phone and still despatch that same day. I rang at 2.55pm and the currency was delivered to my home in N Ireland the following day at 11am....very impressed!
Also, after placing the order, I had a call back from Ice telling me that they only had$100 notes in stock and wanted to check this was ok, alternatively I could have waited another day for other denominations.
This is the first time I have ordered currency online. It was quick, simple and efficiently handled. I will definitely use again. Thank you.
