After registering to open an account with ICE on Monday 17 September I ordered some Euros. After completing the necessary details I entered the Debit Card details to make payment. Due to no fault of my own the bank refused to authorise it. I telephoned ICE customer services for advice. The order was put on hold for me, guaranteeing the exchange rate until payment received. A second call by me to them met with the same excellent service. Later the same afternoon I made the payment on line. A/M 18 September confirmation received order had been completed and should arrive A/M Wed' 19th, before 1pm. Postman arrived with Euros 11am that morning.
The best of service, and attention by all concerned atICE. Before making my purchase ICE was recommended to me by a relative and regular user of this facility. Everything I was told about the company was correct. I shall return when I next need to purchase currency.
