I chose ICE Plc, who gave the second best exchange rate for the Hongkong and Singapore dollars I needed, as payment could be made with a debit card. Payment this way is secure and instant;I prefer paying this way rather than by a bank transfer. Their website is clear, well laid out and offers several different serices and options.
When I phoned to check some details, the adviser was friendly and helpful -even to checking whether or not my bank would charge for using this service and wishing me a happy holiday.
The currency was ordered before noon on one day,immediate confirmation arrived by email and delivery information confirmed. Instructions were also sent to check on the security of the delivery.
The following day, before 13.00hours, as promised, the currency arrived. Included was a helpful note giving the value of each dollar bill in sterling.
This is one very efficient, customer aware company and after my experience, I will unhestitatingly reccomend them to anyone I know who will be travelling abroad.
