With a little trepidation, we made an online transfer of the sterling funds we wanted to exchange for Euros. We were extremely impressed when the cash arrived by the post THE FOLLOWING MORNING. Delivery was free, and the rate was not only good, but between checking rate-comparison sites and speaking to ICE's representative on the phone, we were told the rate had improved and we received an even better deal. The representative couldn't have been more helpful, nor the transaction smoother. Great service, for which many thanks.
