I was hesitant at ordering my travel money on the internet because you hear of so many different scams and problems that I wondered if it was safe and secure.
I googled travel exchange rates and ICE was the second best exchange rate at that time, the top offer did not accept any type of credit card at all. I had decided to use my Barclaycard to carry out the transaction because I believed it would protect me if anything went wrong.
The ordering of the money was simple and straightforward and it was ordered on Thursday late afternoon,believing it would be processed Friday and delivered by First Class recorded Royal Mail on Monday. In the conditions of ordering it stated that I was to take extra care to ensure the package had not been tampered with before signing for it.
The package was not received on Monday but on Saturday morning By Royal Mail recorded delivery and the envelope was completely intact.I cannot praise the service I received other than to say it was brilliant and I am thoroughly satisfied.
The e-mails I received from ICE assured me that my order was being processed and I felt less concerned about carrying out the transaction on line.
