This is the first time I've used ICE - but it certainly won't be the last. I do a lot of online shopping and this has to be one of the easiest sites to use. The exchange rates are excellent and delivery service the same. From start to finish, there's nothing that could be improved. How can you improve on the best!!!

When attempting to purchase £600 worth of US dollars online,I was continually denied payment via my Visa debit card.I rang ICE customer sevice,who were very attentive and diagnosed the cause and solution immediately.Unbeknown to me my current account provider was treating this as a cash transaction which apparently was more than my daily limit.ICE immediateky suggested a bank transfer via faster payments,which was effected immediately.This was at 2.30pm yesterday.I received the currency today at 1.00pm.The exchange rate was very good too.Recommend this service unreservedly
