Having kept an eye on the Euro I contacted Ice because they were the highest rate of exchange I could find. I contacted them over the telephone and they helped with buying my currency free in the first place by suggesting how to buy the euros as my bank normally charges 2%, which was great. Ice returned my call very quickly as they were busy when I rang. I purchased the euros and received an e-mail back instantly to say that the euros were being dispatched that day. I received them at 8.30 a.m. the next day by Royal Mail Special Delivery. I can't say how impressed I was by the whole purchasing experience - brilliant!
