As you came up on a "compare" website ( first time I have ever used one)at the top- your rates were the best. I noted that I could have an even better rate for a larger amount. I phoned as requested and was answered immediately-that's a big plus already- the lady I spoke to could answer every query - suggested how I could save paying a cash charge and was a pleasure to talk to. I sorted every thing out from my end, and rang back 2 days later with my request @ 2.30 pm approx - this was Friday. A different staff member- equally pleasant and efficient- the tranaction effected I received a confirmation email - shortly after another saying the money had been dispatched and should arrive Monday. It arrived the following morning!! Brillliant.
I appreciated that there was no pushy selling with this company and any advice / info was clear and precise. Well done Ice!
