This is the first time I've used ICE, having done a search for best rates. I monitored ICE rates along with 3 other providers for 3 weeks before holiday (have previously used Nationwide, but they have stopped doing travel money - also Post Office and Tesco). ICE were consistently the best rates plus their web-site was very clear and informational. I was nervous about placing an order for a comparatively large sum of money over the internet, and telephoned instead. Very helpful and friendly customer service - I ordered 1.30pm and received the currency just before 12 noon next day. Communications with this company are brilliant. Will definitely use again and more than happy to recommend to others.
