I use both ICE and a company called ACE-FX Currency London. Normally ACE beat ICE I got 1 cent more than ICE today on Euro with ACE, makes a big difference when buying £2,500. ICE used to offer improved rate for transactions over £2400 No longer do so. So my advice is check both ICE and ACE-FX. ICE is fast free delivery as is ACE-FX
