We are a British registered charity with nature reserves in South Africa. For the past 12 years, we have used two well-known high street banks to transfer money internationally from pounds sterling to South African rand. In recent years, the service from these banks has become poorer and branch staff seem inadequately trained to handle large amounts of money being sent overseas.

Frustrated by this increasing incompetence, we turned to HiFX. In complete contrast, we have been impressed by their professional and helpful service. We transferred a large amount of money to our South African bank account today, using HiFX.

It is not that HiFX are offering anything exceptional, although it is easy to get this impression because they are doing what they should be doing and doing it well, for which we are appreciative. Rather, the high street banks have dumbed down, lost ground, and no longer seem to value their customers. Their loss, HiFX's gain. No longer frustrated by incompetent bank staff, we can concentrate on doing our job of helping nature.
