I ordered Moroccan Dirham through their website for collection today. I arrived at the branch and presented the order form. They took payment from my debit card. I was then told that they did not have enough Moroccan Dirham to pay me and that I had to wait for two hours. They offered no apology and so they had to refund my entire payment. They would not refund to the card I had paid on and would only give a cash refund.
They had two opportunities to check their stock: once when I ordered online, and then again when I arrived in branch before they took my payment.
They wasted my time and their own and did not apologise for the inconvenience.
