I got my 97 Mondeo 2.0 Ghia after the gearbox went on my vectra 1.8ls and i'm quite dissapointed. I've had it for about 3 months now and all I seem to be doing is filling up all the time. I've had it in the garage a few times fixing the exhuast, changing the oil filter and replacing the oil. I think i've just about had enough of it and i'm really to sell it on and get another Vectra. Item: Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCi 130 Ghia X Est
When its running its swift comfy and the ghia x is stylish and has plenty of kit. However it is far too unreliable and badly engineered.
A week after i got it the back box of the exhaust fell off when i was doing 60mph (45,000 miles on the clock) - only £45 for a new one but I had to wait for 2 days for ATS to get one. Item: Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDDi 115 LX 5dr
Love this car to bits its my baby I have the 2lt tddi 115 but have tweked it to give me 125bhp and I still get 50mpg but I can get it down to 15mpg so be careful if you modify any of it but very happy with trim. Cheap tax 145 12 months.

Item: Ford Mondeo Zetec s 2,5 v6
Try one and love it. Engine noise is brilliant. Response and speed fantastic. I've had mine for 9 months now and still love driving it. As good as any German car.
