    Purchased 2nd hand about 6yrs ago with c60k on the clock. It has apart from the expected electrical gremlins (removed all interior light bulbs!) been very reliable & at 120K mls has just passed another MOT today only requiring some minor work on the wiring on the boot door.     I purchased a new galaxy in 2001. Its now done 87000miles. Problems I've had are from first day broke down, leaking thermostat casing - replaced. Air con not working , replaced matrix, aircon broke replace relay, replaced relay again within 12 months. An thats it!
    For a car as complex as the Galaxy ...

    the ford galaxy 1.9 tdi is very reliable,plenty of space.comfy and i cant wait to get a brand new one.other companies like vauxhall Citroen arnt very fussy with the interior.just seem a little bit thrown up especially the zafira.would recomend galaxy to anyone,and have done.

    i have owned a 2001 galaxy ghia for a while now! it has done 150,000 miles and has been lpg converted from new! once you flick it over to lpg its more cost efective on fuel than the 2008 1.2 fiesta i own!!!! loosing the awful fuel consumption when it runs on petrol!!!! but other than that what a boa ...

    Ford Galaxy 2.3 Ghia car is very spacious. Problems with cruise control dont know where to turn, tried lots of garages, keep saying its a relay.
