Excellent service & good choice of products

Really good choice, and competitive prices (though there are certain things that I buy from another on-line health store). Plus, I was really pleased to find somewhere I could buy non-dairy yoghurt and other fresh food on-line, and at the same price that I was buying it from my local health food shop: I expected to have to pay more. It saves me having to drag the stuff home on the bus!

I've now shopped with Goodness Direct four times, and my order has always arrived on the day I've specified (I usually order on a Sunday, and it arrives on a Tuesday). I had one problem with an order of yoghurt - when I opened the box, five out of the six had toppled over and been damaged. I contacted the company, and they were extremely helpful, offering me either a refund or replacement, with no fuss. The replacement arrived, intact, on the day agreed upon.

When they send the email to tell you the order has been dispatched, it does mention that the courier may not leave a card if he thinks he is following simple instructions.

In all, I would be happy to recommend Goodness Direct to anyone.
