We shop at Goodness Direct regulary, normally every month or two. We started shopping with this company when we became vegan and its been a big help. We've been able to get lots of food items we need that we would struggle to get locally. In fact a lot of what we buy we cannot get locally. We live somewhere very remote so that's why our options are limited locally and its why this company has been really helpful.

They have great stock levels and plenty of choices. Their postage options are the best we have seen, depending on your order size the cheaper the postage seems to get. We like the fact their postage rates are so reasonable as a lot of other companies are not anywhere near as good. They also package very well e.g all jarred items are wrapped in bubble wrap. Its nice to see a company's make this effort as it means our items arrive without damage.

The only bad thing for us is we can't get chilled and frozen items from them due to our location. We can understand this but we'd love to see the company find an option to make this happen one day.
