Hi there

I'm currently a client with AWI but my experience and many others are totally opposite from yours. You can read more by googling 'AWI'+'scam'.

In my experience, after sending an email indicating my intention to sell my wine, I received no respond from my broker. Calling him to leave messages resulted in the same no-response.

Called the receptionist and she did not offer to get him to call back either. In the end I was transferred to their staff in charge of selling the wine, with the comment that 'he will have to direct my request to them anyway'. Totally disappointing and lousy customer service.

Thus it is good to hear that someone had good sales service with them as it give me some hope that AWI is not a total scam, and that hopefully I will get money back.

But I seriously advise those seeking to buy any wine to think twice about investing with AWI.
