This kitchen aid was purchased from a home shopping/t.v company...after seeing the info commercial on t.v., went online and viewed again...this product looked amazing with it's ability to chop, blend hot & cold, create almost anything quickly and easily. Well...yes it blends well, etc, etc, etc, but the problem is this: I purchased online and having discovered a fundamental problem with the motor, I now have nowhere to turn to either get a refund or repair. The product no longer exists on the t.v. shopping site and it's outside of the warranty period. Entirely my fault for believing the hype. Lesson: Don't purchase from t.v. shopping shows - the hype is what it is. Find the same product or equivalent (there is always an equivalent) in a bricks & mortar retailer.
