This is my third magimix, i do think they are an amazing when working, however when something goes wrong we have no one to turn to. I find it very difficult to get the machine even looked at never mind getting it repaird. my machine is 1 1/2 years old and the blade and the food prossesor base wont let me lift this happened to my magi mix i had previous and i ended up through fustration throwing the dam thing out.

If anyone knows how to ment this problem i am having can you please let me know by writting on here. If i cant get this sorted i defo will not be buying another one.

It would have been nice if we had names addresses of places if we have a problem even a phone number would have helped.
