“Nice flowers but”

This florist were helpful and friendly in person, they helped me find the right type & colour flowers for my wedding. However, they kept replying to final email confirmations without updating the order, which caused me some stress and I had to send replies with the correct final confirmation a few times and they continued replying without updating, before they got it right, and then they complained about me to the wedding venue, making me look like I was in the wrong!
