“How is this even approved??”

I used this on my 5 month old cat and it's shocking!! Luckily my kitty had no reaction to it but it doesn't even work! I want to know who's being slipped money to approve this s@%# excuse my French. Hard working ppl trying to get by are bring fobbed off. I was repeatedly told to not bother with bob Martin, even the cashier told me I'd be better off spending a bit more
